ZEC (Zcash) - submitted > 20k shares, balance still 0

dear community,

being very happy that minergate now also provides a ZEC-pool (see blog-entry https://minergate.com/blog/zcash-joining-minergate/) i switched my machine to mine ZEC using zec.pool.minergate.com:3357 plus my registered email for some time.
after having contributed over 20.000 good shares which are also being displayed on my dashboard within minergate the ZEC-balance (both unconfirmed as well as total mined) reads 0.00000000 which leaves me wondering...
of course the Zcash-pool offers PPLNS with 1% fee as the only option so it could take some time until funds arrive but not having received anything after over 24h seems quite odd to me

has anybody observed the same? any ideas?
according to the values presented through the minergate-dashboard there should be around 160-200 ZEC-miners contibuting to the zec-minergate-pool. has anybody received any ZEC (either unconfirmed or confirmed) ???

guess i'll switch back to mine some other coin and wait to see if something ever arrives...

please enlighten me if i'm getting something wrong here,

a quick follow-up:
a block needs to be found and accounted to the minergate-pool.
since this pool is relatively small (currently between 25-50 ksol/s while the total zcash-network-rate is over 50 Msol/s) it takes more time until this pool finds a block. it could be days between found blocks (and in this time the unconfirmed balance will stay zero), how long it exactly takes is unpredictable.
once this pool (using PPLNS) finds a block, the unconfirmed balance will increase. after enough follow-up blocks were found (IIRC its 110 with ZEC) the rewards for the found block are shared across all nodes having contributed during the last N shares, and become confirmed.

in my case this worked several times already and i now happily have a small confirmed ZEC balance on my account. while waiting for the pool to find a block i learned that a rather small pool like this (small considering ZEC) might be a not so good choice for occasional miners who e.g. are offline a lot since their shares might be too old and therefore not considered when spreading the next found blocks mining reward. its not a big thing if a node is contributing shares more continuously as older and possibly not considered shares are made up for by more recent shares.

I should probably work on zec, for a long time did not come, first came though with a delay, but now nothing.

me too i use nheqminer i notice something wrong, while i was using software mining i notice at coin monitor for zcash that status online just every 2-3 minutes will be offline. so that why lots of share but no balance.that should be technical issue. i suggest to mining another pool until minergate fix it completely.

Can somebody update us on this matter? Mined iver 1000 good shares and no coin from it after almost a week. Similar shares in other pool generated around 0.001zec.

same problem here, done over 50k good shares my Total Amount Mined is on the same value.
