Worst for me at least you might identify him, I was mining for 40 days reaching 1.2 Xmonero with 8 devices, I got up in the morning connected, and balance was back to 0.00 with no withdraw..
It is not possible to hack my account has I enable GOOGLE AUTH 2fa, so normally nobody can access to my account. it must be webmaster which knows the code, it's the only way to steal money this without any move in my account.
I started then everything from 0.00 lost about 50 usd, that's not all, for one month, I was mining with 7-8 devices 24/24 hashrate must be around 1400-1800 H/S, I had only 3 worker showing and 160 H/S,open 5 ticket, always same reply, wait for update, the will be fix, got update 2 weeks ago but nothing has changed.
And lassât issue I cannot withdraw any coin as everytime I try, I get message "WRONGF TOKEN" joined also support , issu isn't solved...I knew why a few anti malware lock minergate app.
This is my experience since I started mining in may.
