MinerGate works only for pay outs, so you can withdraw from your account, but not receive money from wallets or external services.

I cannot seem to make a payout with Changelly. They are "Waiting for payment" from you. The invoice says "Try Again", which has yet to work. This is my 4th attempt since the first of March to try and withdraw money.
Maybe I'm not doing something right??
