i agree a pc can not mine btc well - i have a 4core 2gpu rig only capable of 600h/s now.
years ago this same pc could make me $1/day in btc, now I'm lucky to get 30¢/day

my plan is to mine 100 btc just so i can test how minergate withdraw works to my copay wallet,
then i'll find out what other ecoin mines well on my pc, but can still be converted into btc later.

copay lets me convert btc into amazon gift card credit, so it's a nice anonymous way to cash out.

PLS JUST MADE A DEPOSIT TO GET SOME HARSH RATE TO MINE BTC AND UPTIL NOW MY ACCOUNT IS STILL SHOWING WAITING PAYMENT WHEN I HAVE ALRDY SENT THE EQUV BTC PLS SOME HELP

I bought 20 GHz on cloud mining of minergate (bitcoins) but still I'm not receiving or mining any bitcoins. The status of my account is active.

I have a few ASIC miners running still in the server room at work, but I've never been able to get the Minergate pool to work. I wanted it to use as a secondary pool in case my primary goes down, but I had to end up using another pool in the end.

I have three ASIC devices, the older S5 ANTminers, and I'm averaging 0.0005-0.0008 BTC/day. That's barely $1.5/day. I wouldn't even suggest using an S5 unless you had free electricity available like I do. for CPU or GPU mining, I would suggest using Monero or another altcoin on your PC and then exchanging it to BTC if that's your ultimate goal.
