I went to chat to clarify when my support incident is going to be answered, and got an impression that support is nowhere (multiple questions shared there, all users had tickets opened for a while w/o response - money transfer, blocked account (me) and etc.).
Like response time is uncertain and we all are doomed with our pending issues...
Please, share support response time here, at least, so we won't be worried. It is important in crypto-market, since trust in this area is everything!
I'd also recommend to sort tickets from simple to more complex and answer simple ones faster. Like in my ticket - I provided all info in accordance with FAQ. Just need somebody to act!
