Bytecoins not received ?

Hello everybody,
So I have mined some 3482 bytecoins with minergate and I have decided to withdraw all to my bytecoin wallet (Bytecoin wallet 1.1.5). During the withdrawal, I've typed my correct bytecoin adress and the correct amount. After that I've confirmed the transaction by mail and Minergate wrote that the amount has been sent to my adress but I didn't have received anything
Anyone can help me please ?

I did the same thing. It turns out that I actually created two wallets and my withdraw went to the one I wasn't viewing. Appearently you get a default wallet. I created a wallet which gave me two. Look under file and see your recent wallets maybe you also have more than one.
