I don't know who put that address in the system. I didn't, for sure.

Hello I would like to commit my horrible experience with changelly.com

4 days ago try changing from Nem (XEM) to Ethereum (ETH) I was told to enter 5455 Nem to this address NBLQ6PE7Z5CVANJNXGOR74UQLOJ2YMGJJOZ4YFAQ to get 9,5 ETH
The coins were sent to the moment and the transaction has never been carried out ... in the blockchain you can see the transaction from my address and the time as well requests the web page.

I have sent 4 mails claiming no answer ... they can not play with the money thus with that lack of Support.

Changelly.com has taken 0.4 XMR + 0.2 fee(from minergate) and never sent my bitcoins...
Ive been trying to get in touch with them for almost 4 days already, no response, bitcoin transaction hash no longer works, and my funds were never received. The tansaction was for $25 (in btc) and the transaction fee was $1(in btc)...

I have the same problem as the previous post.

Tried withdrawing 0.3 XMR to BTC (coinbase wallet) via changelly. Changelly created minergate invoice and I paid minergate invoice from my minergate account. But the withdrawl shows up as Pending in Minergate and there is no transaction hash generated.

Admin, can you please check the status and revert back.

So far I have had at least four transaction stuck on pending. The transaction hash does not link to a valid transaction in the block chain.

If you cannot get the withdrawal feature to work, without issues +90% of the time, disable it until you can. This is BEYOND ridiculous!!!!
